OwnerFi connects private vehicle sellers with buyers and helps them finance the purchase directly between themselves. OwnerFi is a facilitator — we never hold or touch your funds. Money movement is handled by a regulated third-party payment provider.

• Deal information: listing details, inquiries, and deal history.
• Communication preferences: your notification opt-ins and opt-outs.
• Payment information is collected and stored by our payment provider — not by OwnerFi.

• To run and secure your account and the platform.

• To send notifications you have opted into.
• To comply with legal and compliance obligations.

Communications and opt-out

We only send marketing-style messages with your consent. You can opt out of email and text notifications anytime from your account settings. For SMS, you can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the counterparty in a deal, our regulated payment provider, and any service providers who help us operate the platform. We never sell your personal information.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Account and role-based access controls limit what each user and our team can see.
